Sharepoint Settings doesnot have the options

When your not getting additonal features in Site Settings ,

Fix:

You need to activate two Features

1.Goto- Site Settings - Site Collection Features - Office Sharepoint Server Publishing Infrastructure - Click on Activate

2. Go back to your site again Click on Site Settings - Site Features  - Office Sharepoint Server Publishing - Click on Acticate

Thats it

Now the options are visible in sharepoint
